A. In an emergency situation Standard Tel Networks guarantees our on-site response time of 2 hours or less or you are reimbursed an amount equal to 25% of the price of the system. An emergency is defined as the company wide inability to process calls.

 

B. In a non-emergency situation Standard Tel Networks guarantees an on-site response time of one business day or less or your support agreement is extended by an additional month.

 

C. When requesting billable parts or service, Standard Tel Networks guarantees completion within 5 business days or you will receive a 10% discount.

 

2. 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

 

Standard Tel Networks will refund your purchase price and remove the system if notified within 30 days of installation that the system is not performing according to the published specifications or to written claims provided to you by Standard Tel Networks.

 

3. Price Protection Guarantee

 

Standard Tel Networks guarantees that the price of component parts, including telephones, will never increase as long as you choose to use a system purchased from and supported by Standard Tel Networks.

 

4. Obsolescence Guarantee

 

Standard Tel Networks guarantees the trade-in value on your equipment if it is purchased from Standard Tel Networks, supported by Standard Tel Networks, and traded-in on a new Standard Tel Networks system.

  

5. Guarantee of Comprehensive Customer Care

 

Standard Tel Networks guarantees that your Comprehensive Customer Care agreement will never be cancelled by Standard Tel Networks for any reason other than non-payment.


* Exceptions: You must be covered under Comprehensive Program. You must not have any delinquent invoices. Acts of God (i.e. snow) could slow down response times.
