Brookside’s Standard Tel Networks Subsidiary Secures Communication Technology Agreement with STAG Parkway

(“Brookside” or the “Company") (BKSD.OB) Standard Tel Networks subsidiary is pleased to announce that it has secured a contract with STAG Parkway to implement new communications technologies for its eleven branches in the United States. This decision comes after several months of identifying business opportunities within the company’s existing systems, researching available options, and ultimately choosing a networked system of Mitel platforms to serve centers in Atlanta GA, Arlington TX, Elkart IN, Hanover MD, Ontario CA, Clearfield UT, Des Moines IA, Leesburg FL, San Antonio TX, Worchester MA, and Milwaukee OR, populated by 200 employees and servicing thousands of customers nationwide.

STAG Parkway, the country’s most complete source of products and service training for RV dealers since 1968, looked to address numerous issues including: non-networked phone systems at each remote location, multiple contact centers with limited contact center applications, and increasing operating costs for outdated technology.
