Standard Tel Networks Parent Company, BluePrint Technologies Inc., Completes Merger and Acquisition of Two Northeast Companies
February 21, 2011, TAMPA, FL - (Marketwire): Brookside Technology Holdings Corp. is proud to announce that it has completed the acquisition of two companies in the Metro New York and Tri-state area, Embrace Technologies, Inc. and Cortel Business Solutions, Inc. The unified company will now operate as EmbraceCortel Technologies, Inc. (www.embracecortel.com). This action further expands Brookside’s national footprint as the Company now has offices in Florida, California, Texas, Kentucky, Indiana, New York and New Jersey. Simultaneous with the acquisitions the Company merged into a private, wholly owned subsidiary, BluePrint Technologies, Inc., and this newly formed entity will continue to serve as the holding company for its various operating subsidiaries.
The re-branding of Brookside to BluePrint Technologies aligns with the company’s core philosophy as the “Architects of Telefficiency™” delivering a wide variety of business solutions designed to meet the unique needs of each customer.
Chairman and CEO Michael Nole, together with all members of the Brookside executive team, remain in their existing roles. Michael Einstein, President of Embrace Technologies, will serve as the Company's CEO and President post-merger.
