Bill Markow, Vice President of Operations

Bill has 28 Years of experience in the Telecommunication Industry. He began his experience in Purchasing, evolving into Material Controls Management, overseeing all aspects of inventory control, purchasing, and bench level repair departments. He has also worked as the Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, and Vice President of Operations in his career. The combination of these different positions has helped shape him to understand the need for quick and precise delivery of products and services to deliver customer satisfaction.

Adam Elmore, IT Director

Adam has been with Standard Tel Networks for over 7 years, operating in various capacities from Field Technician, Remote Customer Service, Customer IT Consulting, Internal IT Help Desk, and IT Management before moving into the role of IT Director. He maintains several industry certifications from such vendors as Mitel, Hewlett Packard, Cisco, RIM (BlackBerry), and Microsoft. Adam oversees all of the internal IT decisions for STN and assists with the IT management at the other BluePrint subsidiaries.

Prior to Standard Tel Networks, Adam was part of an IT Consulting startup, working with an IT Support Group for Legal Professionals across the nation, and played a major role in the programming of a custom CRM application. He has over 15 years experience in the IT field.

Tim Stancil, Customer Service Manager

Tim comes from a strong background in customer service and customer relations management. His work history includes managing service teams for nationwide retailers and wholesalers, as well as prior experience in both sales and purchasing. At Standard Tel, he has worked his way up from the ground floor, starting as an entry-level customer service representative, learning all the details of our operation along the way. This diversified background and his hands-on education in the Telecommunications industry make Tim a valuable addition to our team.

Ruben Barrios, Dispatcher-Huntington Beach Office

Ruben has been in the Telecommunication industries for 25 years. He began working in the warehouse, purchasing and handling inventory control. He has also worked in the field as a Technician for several years and was promoted to Customer Service Manager at another Telecommunications Company. With his experience out in the field and working directly with the customer it has given him the understanding to strive for great customer service and proper communication.

Dave Blow, Dispatcher-San Diego Office

Dave came to the Telecommunications industry after completing 26 years of active duty service in the United States Navy. He started his telecommunications career in 1999. Dave has held positions as Warehouse person, Dispatch and Director of Operations for various companies. His vision of success is to give outstanding customer service.

Adam Morrison, Dispatcher, Sacramento Office

Adam has more than 15 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry. He started in the US Army as a field technician where he rose to the position of team leader. He then went on to use his experience to become a BISCI trained network installer and lead technician. Adam also holds a Bachelors Degree in Government where he studied Telecommunications Policy and Regulation and was an intern on the Governors Broadband Taskforce. His combination of field experience, formal education and military discipline make Adam uniquely suited to provide high quality, solution oriented, customer service in his current position as the Northern California Regional Dispatcher.

Irma Chavez-Customer Service Representative

Irma’s experience in Customer Service began 14 years ago, when she worked as Assistant Manager in a food establishment. She was tasked to process inventory, purchasing, cash handling and of course to make sure that our customers received the best customer service possible. She also worked as an Inside Sales Rep., beginning with receiving the clients requests for quotations, and continuing through closing the sale, while maintaining a good rapport with customers to give them the best possible service. Her previous work experience has prepared her well for the position as a Customer Service Rep.

William (Charlie) Currlin, Customer Service Representative/Technical Engineer

Charlie has 20 years of experience in the Telecommunication Industry. He received his training in the Coast Guard as a Telephone Technician Second Class servicing and installing telecommunication products on ships and bases for the Coast Guard. In his telecommunications career he has several certifications on numerous products. He also worked as a Project Manager and Customer Service Representative. With these different experiences in our industry, it has helped him to deliver the best customer service to our customers.
